What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, and order details. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. We use the Meta Pixel and similar cookies to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use the site. This may include pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages (such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can improve the site. Both load only if you accept cookies.
Email marketing. If you join our list, we store your email and send product updates via Klaviyo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
How we use it
To process orders, respond to you, measure and improve our advertising, and send marketing you opted into. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site: Meta (ad measurement), Microsoft (site analytics via Clarity), Klaviyo (email), and our payment/shipping providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
Your rights (California / CCPA)
If you are a California resident you may: know what personal information we hold about you; request deletion; and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g. via the Meta Pixel). To exercise any of these, email info@zixopas.com with the subject “Privacy Request” — we respond within 45 days.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit we ask you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and other marketing cookies do not load. You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes and support, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
